Manual pilot setup

Connect your assistant

Use your existing business project. This pilot uses a project token and defaults to draft only.

  1. Get your project connection

    Open your business editor and choose Connected tools > Agents > Connect an assistant. Follow the manual pilot instructions to create a project token with draft only access. Copy the project ID from your editor URL: /edit/PROJECT_ID. If pilot access is unavailable, contact support.

  2. Configure your assistant securely

    Store the token in the secure environment variable QUIK_TOKEN for the process running your assistant. Never paste a token into chat, source control, or this page. Use the configuration for your client below, then restart or reconnect it. Your client must resolve the environment variable before connecting.

  3. Ask for a private draft

    Ask your assistant to discover its connected business with describe_capabilities, then give it one of the prompts above. Review the offer, facts, and CTA before approving any further action. Nothing in these prompts authorizes customer messages.

Before you connect

Is Quik listed in an assistant marketplace?

Quik is not yet listed in assistant marketplaces. This is a manual pilot connection. OAuth is available only to registered partners; there is no public one click OAuth setup.

Does beta access include agent credits?

Beta access does not automatically cover agent credits. Your assistant’s usage and any Quik agent charges are separate. Review the applicable quote and billing terms before approving paid work.

Will my assistant automatically send or publish anything?

The default is draft only. These prompts request private drafts and do not authorize publishing, customer messages, payments, or bookings. Review the draft and explicitly approve any supported next action separately.

How is this different from making a website?

Your website introduces the business. A Quick Page gives one specific opening, inquiry, or conversation a focused offer and a clear customer action, using your existing project and brand.

What should I share, and what stays private?

Use approved business information and sanitized conversation summaries. Keep customer secrets and private builder notes out of prompts intended for public copy. Store your project token securely in your assistant’s environment, never in a prompt or shared configuration. A private draft is for review before any public release.

What page durations can I request, and how long are quotes valid?

Request 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or Keep it live. Review the available duration, price, and expiration in the returned quote before approving it. Quote validity, delivery time, and the page’s hosting period are separate terms. Ask for a refreshed quote if it expires.
